Fin Apps: Order Entry tnsnames error

Can anyone help with this one:

When entering the Order Entry Application screens we are getting a APP-17266 error message indicating that the tnsname is not correct. However, the tnsnames and listener.ora files as well as the OE: Transaction Manager profile setting are the same... any assistance would be helpful.
