Making a move to a new company is not always as easy as it sounds. Initially it involves some soul searching to accurately access your strengths, and to determine your real career goals

Once you have gone through this exercise try to locate a company which best meets your requirements, and one whose needs you match. Be sure to thoroughly research the company, and assuming that you are currently employed, proceed confidentially
