Compatibility between older tools and Dynix/ptx 4.4

Has anyone tried using Forms 3.0, Menu 5.0, and/or PL/SQL 2.3 with Dynix/ptx
4.4?  We are needing to upgrade our OS to 4.4 in order to install Oracle 8 but
temporarily need to keep the functionality of the older tools with our existing
database (7.3.2).  Any help would be appreciated!!
