Oracle 7.3 and NT4/SP3

I have installed the Oracle7.3 WorkGroup Server On my computer which is a NT4/SP3 machine. When I try to connect the DB through ODBC, I get an error. While using ORACLE7.3 VER1.15 drivers, I can't connect at all. While using a MS ODBC Driver for oracle VER2.0, I get an error message that this driver does not support dynaset. From what i have understood, the problem with these driver is that they are a LEVEL1 drivers, while ODBC3.0 would not support. What driver should I use instead of these?
