It's seems that your PC or Win 95 ...has any unstable condition... or maybe your drivers has any conflict.
try this ....
remove oracle.. using uninstall... then reinstall it ...

Note : if you remove your lotus Notes... you'll never got those message again..
but your PC becomes Hang.
