        *IF* it's like 7.3.3 (the one I have) they made a mongo change to ProC from 7.2.3 to 7.3.3. The proc* dirs are gone and replaced by a single precomp dir. In it is a proc dir that has the makefile for ProC.

        My current problem is that the new makefile won't even build the samples, let alone my programs...

        Look for the 'precomp' dir...
