It is possible to think up some ways to solve this problem. For example:
1. That transactions were shorter, till 100 records, run with PL/SQL code:
BEGIN
LOOP Delete from TABLE _ NAME Where <condition> And ROWNUM < = 100; EXIT WHEN SQL%ROWCOUNT = 0; Commit; END LOOP;
then it will be possible replace DELETE to DROP or TRUNCATE.
