consise version - use utl_file to dump data to be loaded into OLAP
Why not just use sqlplus spool file in sql loader, sqlldr, format? Sequeal Loader is pretty fast especially when using direct load on new tables, and sqlplus can spool data pretty quickly when ran in batch with termout off.
