I'm using a Oracle8 for Windows NT and setup my client (Win95) using Oracle Net8 to setup a connect string using TCP. Using the connect string
I can connect to the server using OCI calles.

BTW, I'm not an Oracle guru, I'm also a struggling newbie on OCI programming.
