We're just getting into PS but have been running its presumably legitimate cousin, CSS, for 2 years. My table sizes won't help you there, but look out for tables with column EFFDT in them. They are history tables that will grow without limit unless you purge them. Since CSS does payroll, some of mine grow very quickly (check detail for instance) and I've had to be rather rude to some primary users who have unrealistic expectations about keeping everything online forever.
