They're probably in the <ORACLE_HOME>\sqlplus[version] or plus[version] directory, depending on the platform. On my NT 4.0 box it's d:\orant\plus33. On my Sun Sparc it's /usr/oracle7/sqlplus. Sometimes it's the directory you launched sqlplus from.
