Check out the Oracle Press books.  For DB Administration, see
Oracle DBA Handbook, 7.3 Edition, of Oracle Press.  For Designer,
Developer/2000, I recommend that you get the documentation library
sets from Oracle Corp.  These are most comprehensive.
