I have both the 16 bit and 32 bit ODBC Administrator icons in Win95.
When I add a data source for an Oracle73 database to the 32 bit
administrator, it also shows up in the 16 bit administrator. But if I
try to access it with a 16 bit client (like excel 5.0), it doesn't
work. It tells me that "the specified driver could not be loaded". Is
there a fix for this?
