ODBC Setup Headache

Hello, I am asking for help, 'been banging my head over setting up the ODBC driver 1.16.0301 on Windows 95 and NT 4.0,

Oracle Workgroup Server 7.3.2.3.1 runs on another NT 4.0 box (no Service Packs installed).

When running the ODBC test, "select * from emp" connecting as scott/tiger I get the following SQLSTATES

8003 Native 0
01000 Native 0.

Also tried running locally on Personal Oracle with no SQL*Net, with the same errors plus an additional

"No interface Driver..."

I have been able to set ODBC drivers for Solid and Access, but not Oracle.

Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong? Please Help me.
