Hi,

I'm looking to create an application on VPN (virtual private network) over the Internet to acces an Oracle 8 database on NT Server.

Any hint about the protocol to use for the VPN (PPTP / TPSec in Novell Border Manager / ...) and the environment for application development (Oracle Web application suite / IIS / ...).
