The internal error! problem may be due to a time-out. You can reset that in the listener... I think. You can verify it's a timeout problem by selecting it again... and after a couple of tries, it should display. You also might specify the min instances of the cartridge at 1... if you haven't done that already.

Also, the security thing may be due to your not selecting that your username/password being stored in the DCD.
