Ahmed,

If you don't want the menu to show at all you can define the form as having no menu. If you want to be able to give the user the choice to hide or show the menu, then you need to define two windows, exactly alike except for one has a menu and one doesn't then when the user toggles the hide/show menu button, you can swith to the other window. I last worked with Oracle forms a year ago and I don't have any manuals handy so I can't tell you exactly how to do this, but that's what needs to be done.
