Yeah - the 16bit version of SQL*Net 2.3 can be found on the Oracle Workgroup CD for NT.

Yes. For 16bit Oracle apps to work on Win95 they'll need 16bit SQL*Net. You can run both 16 and 32bit Oracle apps at the same too - there should not be any problems.

No. Win95 thunks all 16bit TCP/IP to the 32bit ip protocol stack.
