declare library function

I have a form created by Forms 4.0 with a library attached. Now I use Forms 4.5 to open and recompile it, with the library *.pll attached under "Attach Library".

I got this message:

Identifier "GET_MSG" must be declared.

GET_MSG is a function the that library.
Both are Unix - Solaris version.

Anybody can help me?
