Am not saying trust all employees, but if you cant trust the people who are running the machines/databases, then hire new ones. I just think the statement is made way too much on the concept of "we really cant trust them", my take on it is then why hire them?

Steve, i see your point in specific circumstances, but some people think all needs to be encrypted, which tells me they dont trust the people they put in charge, just my .02 cents worth, joe
