Sql*net and DOA component

I'm using Delphi 3.0 C/S and having
installed the Direct Oracle Access package.

When I try to connect to an ORACLE 7 database over TCP/IP. I'v made a simple program
which only connects to the ORACLE 7. When connecting I get the error message which tells me that sql*net is not found.

I'v got the ORACLE unleashed CD and I'v installed it. I thought that I had the
sql*net dll..

Please help me :))))
