oracle72.exe - Application Error on Alpha NT

Hi all

I'm running

Oracle 7 Workgroup Server for Digital Alpha NT (7.2.2.4.1)
(SQL*Net Server 2.2.2.1.1)

on a Digital Alpha Server with Windows NT Server 3.51

When the server is restarted Oracle works fine for a while
( a couple of hours with very low workload (one user))
but after that oracle will start reporting Application Errors with a msgbox like this:

oracle72.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00c090f8" referenced memory at "0x025a0fa8".
The memory could not be "read".

This will happen when I try to execute statements via SQL*Net, if I retry, some times it will work and some times not.

Has anyone else experienced this on Alpha NT or any other platform? Any solutions?
