they renamed these when they incorporated them. owa_sql.cells_from_query is called owa_util.cellsprint for example.

Most of them are in owa_util. See http://govt.us.oracle.com/ under downloadable utilities for the original owa_sql package with the original names (follow the link to the OWA extensions from downloadable utilities).......
