svrmgrm toolkit error

Hi,

My PC runs "eXceed for Window 95" and is connected to network via a modem using ppp protocol. I use telnet to login a Unix workstation which runs an oracle dbms. When I start the "svrmgrm", I get the following error message:

TK2-04097: Oracle Toolkit II's connection to the window system was refused

Could anyone help me solve this problem and get the svrmgrm running?
