NT4 -> 32-bit ODBC -> Oracle 7.1 on Unix

Trying to get this working. What version of SQLNet and other stuff
(new to Oracle, can you tell?) do I need on the client?

16 bit ODBC works fine - I just can't get the 32-bit version working
(from a VB4-32 app). This app used to work under NT 3.51 and an earlier
revision of the drivers.
