Migrate from MS SQL SERVER to ORACLE 7.3

I am looking for any information regarding migrating from MS SQL SERVER6.0 to Oracle 7.3.

The particular application uses stored procedures, foreign keys, 'some'cursors, no triggers, no rules.

I am waiting for Oracle's migration team to get back to me, and have checked the Oracle web page (but) to no avail.... I am looking for info as fast as I can get it.
