Hi,

I'm trying to connect to a 7.3 database on a netware 3.12 server from my nt4.0 workstation. It works fine with sqlnet but it just won't work with odbc. I've configured the odbc drivers the same way I did under windows 3.1 (it works well under 3.1). This is how the sql log looks like.

Fatal OSN connect error 12203, connecting to:  (DESCRIPTION=(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=ORCL)(CID=(PROGRAM=ODBCT32.EXE)(HOST=Windows NT
PC)(USER=jlourenc)))(ADDRESS_LIST=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=ipc)(KEY=oracleip.world))(
ADDRESS=(COMMUNITY=tcp.world)(PROTOCOL=TCP)(Host=130.223.170.100)(Port=1521))(A
DDRESS=(COMMUNITY=tcp.world)(PROTOCOL=TCP)(Host=130.223.170.100)(Port=1526))))

  Tns error struct:

    nt main err code: 511
    TNS-00511: No listener

As I'm really not an expert and don't have much time to search in the doc I would really appreciate if anyone could help.

Best regards
