Trifox has some products, TRIMapp, TRIMreport and TRIMqmr. They all run with the VORTEXchannel which talks to mulitple RDBMS and supports Oracle.

TRIMapp is an integrated facility for designing, generating, and maintaining forms-based applications. TRIMapp lets you build complex applications with the ease of modern 4GLs, while maintaining the power and functionality of standard programming languages. TRIMapp's default libraries enable many applications to be built without writing a single line of code. Yet, unlike many 4GL tools, you can modify all program code directly, if you choose.

TRIMreport (GUI and character based) is an interactive screen painted report generator for simple and complex reports. The TRIMreport facility allows developers to lay out all reports on a screen. TRIMreport works with TRIMpl to allow predefined procedures to be used at many different stages of the report. The end-user also can develop user-defined procedures that are accessible to all other procedures in the report. TRIMapp is callable from TRIMreport. TRIMreport has interfaces to all output devices and supports color output.

TRIMqmr is an end-user facility for developing applications and reports. Both QBE (Query By Example) and SQL are supported as well as QBE to SQL translation (a useful SQL learning tool). A full function report-writer is also included as well as a simple scripting facility. On-screen prompts and help screens take the user through all the necessary steps.
