Go to Oracle's web site ... from there go the oracle government server and
choose downloadable utilities.  Thomas Kyte has placed his solution with a
nice set of documentation and source code.



You could also look in the application developers guide (that comes with
the database) under dbms_pipes, it'll show you how to do it as well.
