which is included on the Product Documentation Library R1.0.16 CD

The second edition of Oracle Performance Tuning by Corrigan and Gurry O'Reilly ISBN 1-56592-237-9 probably covers bitmap indexes but I can't guarantee it since I have yet to obtain this new edition.
