Re: TNSNAMES.ORA not in ORACLE_HOME

Add the entry TNS_ADMIN in your ORACLE.INI. It should point the directory that contains your local TNSNAMES.ORA file.

ie. TNS_ADMIN=C:/ORACLE/NETWORK/ADMIN
