Personal Oracle 7 Installation [1/1]

I have recently installed the po7 database supplied with the oracle unleashed book. This installed fine and I have been able to start/stop the database and connect with sql*plus the various users.

However, I cannot connect with developer/2000. Each time I try I get an ora-01321 error. Can anyone help?

I have attached the tsnames.ora sqlnet.ora and oracle.ini files below.
