hello,
You do not need client/server Delphi to access a server based Oracle
database. I do it here in Delphi 1 developer version. For Delphi 2,
you can buy the SQL/Links software separately making the package a lot
cheaper. For Delphi 1 and SQL/Links, version 2 is supplied by Borland
free. Borland don't sell the version 2.5 (16-bit) separately :(.
