PeopleSoft Transaction Volumes

We recently upgraded our PeopleSoft applications (Financials from 3.0 to 5.1 & HR from 4.0 to 5.1) that are running in an Oracle 7.2 database. The database is in archivelog mode. Prior to the upgrade, we were generating approx 60-120 MB of logs per day. The wide swing is due to month-end processing. Since the upgrade, the log volumes have increased dramatically. I now get upwards of 450 MB per day. We onlt have 5 HR users and 20 Financial users. It is inconveivable that they could be generating this much additional transaction volume. There are no batch updates to the database. Even at night, when there are no users, I see a 25 MB log file being dumped every 90-120 minutes. Diting the day when the users are using the app, I get a 25 MB log file every 45-90 minutes. I suspect that the new Scheduler is the culprit, but as of yet have no evidence.

Has anyone else with a PeopleSoft application experienced similiar growth in the logs?
