Oracle Certified Developer/ DBA Exam

Hi All,
I know that this is a re-post, but please bear with me. I want to give the exam of Oracle certified DBA or Oracle certified developer (if it exists). My current resident country is Pakistan. I have the following questions in mind.
1. Where is the nearest Oracle Exam centre relative to my country.

2. What are the different certified exam courses offered by Oracle Corporation.

3. In depth material of the courses that have to concentrated on, to pass the exam.

4. What would be the total expense of the whole thing.

5. Who do I contact to show my interest in giving these exams.

6. Is there any pre-requisite to these courses. (for instance education, experience etc....)
