Frederick,
16 Bit and 32 Bit SQL*Net will work to access your Database. If you're using TCP/IP make sure that you have installed the TCP/IP Services on the NT Machine. Your TNSNAMES.ORA file must be setup well and you are in need of an 16 Bit ODBC Driver.
