I have just installed a Oracle Workgroup Server7.3.2.3 on my homePC which is a Dell PentiumPro200 running NT4.0 workstation. The installation is a snap. I even overrode the starter database and created it with a db_block of 4K.
Just make sure the Oracle is the one that's for 4.0 not 3.51.
