Oracle Database on Web

I am beginner to Oracle, and I would like information on:


* how to provide Oracle's data to the Web (eg. Netscape clients)



    which means  --> hot to convert, easily, data to HTML.


* the invert problem is of interest, too: how to provide data to

Oracles' database, by submitting them in a form.



Any working solutions are acceptable.


Please be descriptive of packages, or were to look for!
