Anyone use Oracle's Web Developer Suite

I just found out that Oracle has come out with an integrated bundle of products for Internet apps Called Oracle Web Developer Suite. A fellow employee that uses Oracle databases for our company gave me our preferred client entry for a May promotion featuring discounts and demo copies of programs they are having http://www.oracle.com/oraclestore/coupon (type in the word "discount" then click on the "submit" button to get entry). He says that anyone can use this access as long as you know about it and have above code.
