Roy,

I'm working now with version 1.13.5.0.4 ODBC drivers over SQL*Net TCP/IP 1.1.9.0A and ORACLE Workgroup Server 7.1.3.3.1. Be careful, you must use an Microsoft ODBC manager prior to version 3.0!.

If you use SQL*NET 2.X, no problem with Microsoft ODBC manager v3.0 but you must use the actualized version of ODBC driver.
