Oracle release number, at compile time, in Pro*C...

  I would like to have a Pro*C program check that the version of Oracle under which it is running, is the same as the version of Oracle under which it was compiled. It looks like V$VERSION has the current version number, but I don't know how to get the compile-time version number.
