Data Dictionary reference?

In my old Orcale Administrator Guide for Unix, there is an appendix called Data Dictionary Reference containing all the system views, tables decription. It seems this valuable information disapeared from Oracle's on-line documentation and from the new Administrator Guide. We have Oracle 7.3 for NT. What gives? Isn't this infor critical for DBAs?
