No Help in SQL Plus 3.3 with Personal Oracle 7 for Windows95

I downloaded Personal Oracle 7 for Windows95; Installation seems to be ok.
When I start SQL Plus 3.3, I get the following messages:

But if I enter the command 'HELP' at the 'SQL>'- Prompt, I get the message 'Can't Open Help File'

The settings in the Registry of Windows95 seem to be ok.

Can anybody tell me what's wrong?

Is there no help available in the 60-days-demo-version?
