Yes, download the new Oracle ODBC driver from there website (version 2.x)
The problem is the combination of the "old" Oracle ODBC drivers and the "new" Microsoft ODBC driver (version 3.x). I had the same problem and after installing the new Oracle ODBC driver everything worked fin. The driver on the website is around 10 Mb. Good lock.
