Pro*C problem on Solaris

I recently set up Oracle 7 on both an AIX RS/6000 and a Solaris Sparcstation. I can access either database from SQL/Plus, but Pro*C won't work on the Sun. The demo 'sample1.pc' compiles fine on both, but will only run correctly on the RS/6000.

On the Sun, it dumps core with a segmentation fault. A stack trace shows it failing in function 'nldaini' in 'libsqlnet.a'. So, did I link it wrong, did I set up SQL/Net wrong, is it just broken...?

Thanks for any help,
