You can display number of used blocks by querying ALL_TABLES, DBA_TABLES or USER_TABLES. select blocks*db_block_size-avg_space*blocks from dba_tables;

where db_block_size is the DB_BLOCK_SIZE in the initialization parameter file.

in SQL*Plus or Server Manager.
