For this I would strongly recommend that you get a CASE tool such as Designer/2000 or Erwin ERX. These tools will not only create tables, indices, foreign keys, and domains, they will simultaneously document your system and allow you some degree of version control.

There are more expensive tools that may do all of these things but be sure to look at the capabilities in Eventus' SQL Studio. For $495 is does 90% of what you want.

Also discuss this with Eventus. Some of their other products like Ad Hoc Monitor may solve your problems.
