Unable to allocate record buffer

I am using SQLFORMS 3.0 with ORACLE 6 for Novell Netware.  When the
query returns a result set of 250 or more records I get error
FRM-40900 - unable to allocate record buffer.  This error is not
mentioned in the documentation.
