How to automatically start listener on Unix?

I try to put a command at the startup script "su - $ORA_USR -c $ORACLE_HOME/bin/lsnrctl start" where $ORA_USR and $ORACLE_HOME is defined, but it generate the following error:

TNS-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist  TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
  TNS-00515: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist    Solaris Error: 2: No such file or directory
