Help in choosing report-tools

I work with a ORACLE7.3 database
and need some help inn choosing
a report tool.

I'm thinking about Crystal Report. What
I want is a client/program that does'ent requirer very much sql background.

I need to beable to create report based on the data in the sql database. I would be preffered "drag and drop application".
